Normally at my age the last place I want to visit is a car dealer. This has all changed when I met and dealt with Adam Tanner at Uftring Chevy in Washington, IL. Adam created an atmosphere of comfort and trust, I have not been accustomed to receiving elsewhere. In fact, only stopped in to look and ended up with a Corvette. Doesn't get better then that. Along with Adam, Ken was most helpful. Now to test them out I went in for work and was greeted and treated well by Mike. So it just wasn't that one time when selling the car or a specific individual. Seems as if the people throughout the Uftring organization care about items beyond the sale. Great job and I appreciate your efforts.
We recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse from Uftring Chevrolet in Washington, IL. Everyone we spoke with was courteous and helpful. The salesman we worked with was Lee Kerr and he was knowledgeable, was able to answer questions that we had and I left with my new car confident that I could use the options that were new to me without a problem. We were introduced to others at the dealership, even those we had no reason to work with on these visits. I will return to this dealership for my service needs and would not hesitate to recommend that others use them.
I recently purchased a 2017 Malibu from Uftring, and I love my new car! Right from the start, Nick Cramer was attentive and made sure I got the car I wanted. I feel he went above and beyond to help me understand the vehicle and all its features. He even took us around and introduced us to some of the people we may encounter in the future for oil changes, etc. It was a great buying experience and would definitely recommend Nick if you are considering buying a car.
My interactions with Chevy in Washington has been excellent. The most recent was with Lee Kerr, Sales Consultant. Lee and the team behind Lee (Brian for financial and Angie for a loaner) were very professional. Lee listened to my priorities for a trade in and gave me the benefits/insights I needed to make my decision to purchase a 2018 Premier Package Equinox (used).
