This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It is shocking to me to see the reviews below me talking bad about this place. Nick Cramer was my salesman and he went above and beyond to sell me this car and he did not make much off of it. I live a state away and he was willing to do most of the negotiating and paper work over the phone so when I showed up I could be in and out. He was more like family than a salesman and would recomend this Dealership and Nick Cramer to anybody looking for a car and an easy time.
We found a car on the lot we wanted to purchase Friday afternoon. I called the salesman, Dick, and discussed the price of the vehicle and details of the car at great length. I had set up an appointment for this afternoon for my wife to go to Washington from Bloomington to purchase the vehicle. My wife called ahead of time to be sure the deal was still on and Dick assured us to go ahead and make the trip. When my wife got to the lot the car had sold "20 minutes ago" How does someone buy a car within 45 minutes??? These people are unethical liars. My wife wasted three hours of her day not to mention the cost of fuel. When we got to the lot they tried to pressure my wife into a vehicle we did not want. I would not buy a go cart from these people- they are typical "used car salesmen".
