The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are thorough in explaining my cat's condition and procedures that are prescribed for him. I am confident that I have chosen the best place for my cat's care.

As our border collie mix was going through her aging and declining health stage of life , Dr Nichols and his staff were so compassionate and kind. He and his staff educated me to signs and symptoms of pain behaviors my dog may show - which was the utmost importance to me - prescribed the pain appropriate med. Dr Nichols listened, discussed and devised a plan of care - "hospice" related. He respected my wishes to Keep her comfy - let her enjoy her time left with no life extending extraordinary measures. When the day came to put her to sleep - of coarse it was a busy Friday - Jenn and Dr Kitter "worked us in" - working late. Jenn explained everything to us answering our questions. Dr Kitter was very professional, gentle and compassionate. We were not "rushed" - Jenn walked us through the experience with care and patience.
Washington veterinary clinic has been around as long as I can remember. I can't think of any other place that I would place my upmost trust in the care of our Yorkie Emily. I'm especially impressed with the follow up call asking how she's doing after treatment. My wife and I can't thank you enough.

I am a new client to the clinic and was very impressed with the facility and staff. The office had plenty of parking and was easily accessible. The waiting area is divided for cats and dogs, which helps with the anxiety some pets feel when they come to a vet's office. Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. Veterinary assistant was very caring and my animal responded positively to her. Dr. Nichols was great. He took the time to explain my pet's condition and answered all my questions. He offered some information about the food I currently use along with additional thoughts regarding other brands available on the market and the research that they do. I liked the fact that they have fair prices and offer ways to help keep care costs down with discounts.
