However, the rental fees are high and late fees are steep. I understand they have to do what is needed to stay competitive and keep their doors open but I'll probably stick with other methods of renting films.

This location is like any other family video. Thousands of movies to rent. They seem to consistently be out of new releases. The people here are not overly friendly compared to some other locations in the area
I'll be honest, the selection here is great and they also have great deals on used videos.
Been there once, and the Blu-ray that was we were supposed to be getting wasn't there, and another movie was. Not sure what happened, but not impressed.
